Description
Here’s an LP you don’t run across very often. In fact, it’s the first time I’ve had this LP available. Here is your chance to add Jackson Browne’s “The Pretender” to your vinyl collection. And this is the ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING released in 1981by MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB. This is AUDIOPHILE PRESSING (1-055). In fact, it is the ONLY Jackson Browne audiophile pressing. It has a great lineup of some of Jackson Browne’s best on it. Here’s a list of the tracks on this LP: “The Fuse”, “Your Bright Baby Blues”, “Linda Paloma”, “Here Come Those Tears Again”, “The Only Child”, “Daddy’s Tune”, “Sleep’s Dark And Silent Gate”, and last but not least “The Pretender”. The COVER is in VERY STRONG VG+ CONDITION, not far from Near Mint. Just some very light edge wear and light corner wear keeps me from grading it Near Mint. The VINYL is NEAR MINT, of course, as an audiophile LP should be!! Included with this LP are the following: the original static-free inner sleeve, the special protective cardboard that explains the MFSL recording process on the rear and lists other MFSL LPs already released, the buyer survey and Certificate of Limited Warranty, and the inner lyric sheet. Original MFSL LPs are becoming harder to find, so don’t pass up the opportunity of adding this one to your vinyl collection. FYI, I use Goldmine Grading Standards (G for Good, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to visually grade the LPs and CDs I auction, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
