Condition:
Vinyl: VG+. Light hairline and scuff scratches on both sides
Sleeve: VG+. Missing original inner sleeve.  Light wear to the corners and opening edge.
Play: Side One: VG-. Static and tics can be heard on the run-in, dead wax and the low volume passages, mostly on the first half of the side with the second half playing much cleaner. Side Two: VG+. This side has much less surface noise and at times almost none; just some light static and a repeating low tic on "Lady of the Lake".  Despite the surface noise, this album is an acceptable copy for a casual listener or to be held as a filler copy until a better one is found.

Columbia, Pitman pressing variant denoted by "CP" stamped in the runouts.
Original US issue with swirl label design.
Label variation: No rim text at bottom of label on side 2.
Gatefold sleeve
Catalog number VEL 1012 appears on the cover.
Catalog number VEL-1012 appears on the Side B label.
Runouts: Side one etched, but Side two is stamped except "MS", "GK" etched.
