*Handwritten Label  (*Based on the information on the matrix and number of songs, I believe that the sides have been mislabeled and side one is actually side two and vice versa).

The following information is etched into the matrix of the album:

On Side One:  "IW-1001B   L-17904-X   D.T. DID IT"

On Side Two:  "IW-1001A   YES HE STILL IS  kdisc KP L-17904"

CONDITION

Vinyl: VG (Record has some scuffs).

Sleeve: VG (Sleeve has some small creases along the edges. The corners of the sleeve have some creasing.)
