3 great Shaka 12"s from 1982: the JB EP 'Warriors' is a laid back tune (more recently covered by Jah Free if I remember right) with a harmonica making an appearance late on the A and on the flip. Really nice, percussiony - classic Shaka stuff from this era. I'd say the best of the 3. Surface markings only on the vinyl. The JS EP is a more stripped down steppers, really nice (though inevitably biblical) vocal from Shaka, with some great horns (proper ones!) on the extended and on the flip. Surface markings again, a little bit of occasional background crackle on the flip. The Audrey EP is a really good plaintive mid tempo number with a class dub. Again, surface markings, a slight click on the vocal (about 4 revs long). I picked these original pressings (all 3 original) up from a friend in the late 80's in the odd sleeves as shown. They then survived my DJing career miraculously unscathed - probably because I was playing much more digital stuff (Disciples, Iration Steppas, etc) at the time (early & mid 90's). I'm offloading a load of old reggae stuff as I need the space - I hope these go to a good home...
