Using The Goldmine Standards for grading records I grade this Very Good Plus (VG+). I am being very conservative with this grading as this record is slightly above this grade in my humble opinion. The record looks great as does the cover. The sleeve does have some creases that can be seen in the pictures. The record has a few light scuffs that don't affect the listening experience. The hole is not misshapen and looks new. The only flaw can be seen in the pictures and is characterized by a corner of the album label on the cover turning up. The labels are free of writings or major blemishes. The album was play graded and sounds amazing!
