About This Factory Records Item. This is an original copy of James Brown's Please, Please, Please LP on King Records 909, black label, weighs 180 grams! Who needs a reissue! This is not the scarce first cover of the woman walking down stairs, but second cover. But this cover is autographed to Jean (a.k.a. Eunice who signed back cover "Eunice") by several band members, but NOT James Brown.

No, I don't work in the collectibles division or anything, I'm just a regular eBay employ like you and me who lives near San Jose and is a vinyl hound but is required to tell you this.
About Me. I have been a Record Collector for over 35 years. With two kids in college, I often sell records so I can buy more vinyl or, in this case, pay the last college tuition bills of the year! 99% of what I sell is vinyl; read my Feedback! I don't sell Craaap; only stuff that I deem worthy so please inspect closely and often. Common LPs are a waste of your time and mine! I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept in well preserved.
Vinyl Condition. Looks nice VG+ with a 5 or 6 very light stylus marks on each side, but otherwise very bright and shiney and hardly ever played. Looks like it bounced around in someone's collection with people looking at the signed cover! Plays EX to EX+/better on my high end turntable and super expensive cartridge. Just a few clicks and pops. I just played the whole LP. But on each side the trail in is short and you need to be careful to put your stylus on the first track. Keeper copy as these things go!
Cover Condition. The cover is autographed by several band members, but not James Brown. See my photos. The spine is strong but has a couple of dings. The top seamed is taped all the way across. The bottom seam has two inches of tape bottom right. Eunice signed her name on back cover left side middle (a.k.a., Jean, who had band sign the cover).
