Up for Sale is a VERY RARE 50,now 51yr old Lp, from the JAMES GANG: RIDES AGAIN LP Original Japanese Import Lp with the Bolero section included on Side A.
The Lp I will rate at a VG only because it has surface scratches which can be seen, but when felt with my hand/finger while using a thin latex glove, most if not all of those scratches are not felt, which means the majority of them are just visual surface scratches. I photographed a few scratches clustered together on Side 2,Song 1 and even those when you run your finger over them you can not feel any deep scratch-iness to them at all.  The Lp plays great for being 50 years old. Yes, during some of the quieter intro-led songs you will hear some light noise, but no super loud snap, crackles or pops that will completely distract you from enjoying this Lp. The louder sounds the music itself will drown out most, if any noise, because since this is an original hot cut Lp. I know, because I recently found a 2nd/3rd reissue from the mid-70's of this Lp with the Bolero section also included, and it did not have the power and that extra force that this Original Japan version had.(if that makes any sense, haha)
The Cover I will downgrade to a G+ because the corners and sides are all pretty beat up. The bottom has some clear tape that was applied before I purchased it. Atleast unlike the mid-70's reissue I also bought, this version has the original photograph from inside and it's a gatefold unlike the other reissue I have. Also included is the Original Japanese & English Lyric sheet that originally came with this Japanese version of the Lp. I'm pretty sure this was NEVER included with any of the Original U.S. early 70's releases of this Lp, so having the lyric sheet is a nice added bonus ONLY available with this particular Japanese Original Import of this Classic Lp.
