Description
Purchased from Utilita Arena in Birmingham on 12/12/2025; these vinyls are signed by Jay Kay himself. I am only selling one of these; you may pick which one you want from the pictures by messaging me your preference. You can see them both in the pictures listed, as well as where I obtained them from.
This version has the beautiful green marbled vinyls as well as the original 2006 Dan Gennoe liner notes along with brand new 2022 liner notes by Jay Kay. Everything inside the packaging is listed in the photos.
Context/story behind these vinyls:
Jay Kay himself has signed these vinyls during the Heels of Steel tour, which go up for sale at certain venues in EXTREMELY limited quantities. I attended the Manchester, London, and Birmingham shows before finally securing these two. The reason they are hard to obtain is mostly due to the venue putting the vinyls up for sale at any given point during the concert without any notification given to attendees.
I missed my first two chances to get these during the London and Manchester concerts due to people not even attending the first half of the show; instead queueing for these vinyls until they went up for sale, even though staff were telling customers they wouldn't be sold until the end of the show. This is a very special album showcasing Jamiroquai at their absolute best, so it is quite the prize.
IMPORTANT: You may notice 'imperfect' signatures and smudging of silver pen on the vinyl. I've made no attempt to correct the smudging. Jay Kay likely signs a few dozen of these in his downtime between his touring shows - they are stacked in a pile and given to the merchandise vendors in no protective wrapping. If you buy this vinyl, you accept the condition and authenticity of the signature and under no circumstances will I accept returns based on any aesthetic 'defects'.
