Description
Up for auction is a copy of the self titled debut album from Jane's Addiction.This was the live album from Triple XXX Records and if you're a fan of Jane's, you already know that is a classic.These were originally made on clear vinyl with colored vinyl following.This is the purple colored vinyl pressing and are extremely rare and hard to come by.These come up for sale even less often than the clear original pressings.This album is also in the original shrink wrap with the original sticker stating the color for the record store.The outer sleeve does have a creased lower corner and at the top right of the opening.In the pictures you can see a ring on the sleeve but that's actually on the shrink wrap and not the sleeve itself.The vinyl is in amazing shape and I would give it a very strong VG+ to be safe but with a good cleaning it would probably be a NM.There are no scratches or scuff marks that stand out.Out of all the pressings I've ever seen of this album, it's got to be one of the best.It would be the best if it didn't have the creases on the outer sleeve.This comes with the original insert also which does have a creased corner.You won't see many of these come around and if you want something that's as close to being period correct with everything down to the shrink wrap and sticker, this is a beautiful addition.The album will be well wrapped in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box for delivery.Please message me if you have any questions about the album.Thanks.
