Description

Title: Bach: Complete Suites for Unaccompanied Cello - Janos Starker, Cello Label: Dacapo (red inner labels) Vinyl Grading: Mint (All 3 discs, 6 sides look as if they are brand new - mint is a bold statement but these are really beautiful discs) Sleeve Grading: M- (Outside of some of the top gold bar missing some of the gold the cover is otherwise in phenomenal shape, even the black on the back of the cover looks untouched, the spine is fully intact and there are no corner splits - it should all be visible in the hi-res photos) Notes: Mercury Golden Imports stereo version, as noted exceptionally clean!!
Please feel free to make offers, worst case is I say no, but I am reasonable. :)
This series of records I am posting came from the estate of a local University of Washington Geology Professor. Most of the records look as if they have either been played once or never played at all. With the occasion rough cover these records were very well taken care of and stored in the main living area of the house. A pretty exciting find of early Stereo pressings and imported records: Janos Starker, numerous rare Melodiya pressings, Deutsche Grammophon SLPM, RCA Living Stereo Shaded Dog, Mercury Living Presence (FR/RFR pressings) and many others.
LP Grading: M: Mint...is mint EX: Excellent, above average condition with minimal surface marks, still has its shiny luster and plays without surface noise VG:Very Good, average condition with some surface marks or scratches but should not effect play majorly and should have no surface noise +/-: I use + or - when a record leans towards the grade above or below but I do not feel is specifically in the grade higher or lower, I don't use a zillion of them, just one
Shipping: Single records are shipped using a standard LP mailer. Record is removed from the sleeve to prevent any damage to the sleeve and protected between an LP mailing pad and a 12x12 piece of bubble wrap. Multiple records will be shipped as necessary (LP mailer to 14x14x6 box) with the same care in packaging. Box sets are always shipped in a 14x14x6 box and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and filled with shipping peanuts.
International Shipping: I will gladly ship to anywhere in the world a package can be tracked, please be aware that some locations require EMS shipping to be tracked which can cost more (I generally enforce this for records over $100). If you require international shipping please wait for my invoice before paying. Also please note that I will declare the actual value of the item on the package for insurance purposes, so please do not ask me to alter the value of the record(s) on the customs for.
Returns: I stand behind everything I sell and my grading, buy with confidence that I accept returns if there is ever any issue.
About me...as you may have guessed I really only like three things when it comes to records - Classical, Opera and 78's. I'm continuously searching for excellent to pristine collections of rare and unique records in one of those three categories. Please feel free to follow me to be updated as new records are posted regularly.
