Description

SR 90405, Janos Starker (cello) and Gyorgy Sebok (piano) playing Bartok, Mendelssohn, Martinu, Debussy, Chopin, Weiner, RFR1/RFR2: This is NOT a reissue – it is the original 50+ year old, so called “Vendor” pressing.   The sound is big, warm and lush and very realistic.  This copy is my own, and the vinyl surfaces are clean, glossy and overall very quiet. The vinyl looks and sounds virtually new.  There are a few isolated soft tics and/or other sounds that are most likely NOT from wear, but rather from imperfections in the original vinyl. The vinyl shows no sign of wear - it  grades NM with only some harmless paper scuffs on side 2 that make no sound.  The labels are perfectly clean, as is the jacket which also grades NM - no marks, seam splits, or corner scuffs (see photos).  The inner sleeve is also NM. Overall, this is an almost new copy of this wonderful golden age recording that plays very well. Feel free to return for a full refund if not completely satisfied.  Shipping is free anywhere in the continental US. Outside of the US, buyer pays shipping through eBay's international shipping program.
