Up for sale I have a copy of Jay-Z- In My Lifetime Vol. 1- 1997 Double Vinyl Lp. This is an original first U.S. Press from 1997. It is still sealed. It did not come with a hype sticker. It is a full retail copy. No promo marks. As for sleeve condition I would rate it very good plus. I am looking it over as I am listing it. There is a little corner rounding on all four corners. The bottom right hand corner is turned up a bit.There are two small knicks on the side where the records slide out of. Small, but worth mentioning. This is the explicit copy. Other than some corner wear the sleeve lays flat and the shrink is tight. I see no major creases. There are two small creases on the reverse of the sleeve. Where the records slide out of is sealed tight. Strong 7/10. Maybe a tiny bit better. As for content this album gets overlooked by albums like Reasonable Doubt, and some of his newer stuff. This is classic Jay-Z in my opinion. He hadn't really made it yet and he was still writing clever rhymes and he was hungry. With verses like, "Who be banging, properly, in Versace pants, cocky, bow-legged stance, a thing of beauty". And- "For now let's call her Suki". Check this whole album out if only on Cd. Worth buying. Even the re-press. I am a U.S. Seller. I ship fast. Media Mail. Shipping includes tracking. I ship between two record filler pads in a record mailer.
