Recording date 28-7-1927, London, England. Band members: Charles Remue (alto sax, clarinet, leader), Stan Brenders (piano), Harry Belein (drums), Alphonse Cox (cornet), Gaston Frederic (clarinet, ten. sax), Remy Glorieux (bass brass) and Henri Leonard (trombone).
 One of the first Eurojazz recordings ! Charles Remue and his New Stompers Orchestra was from Brussels, Belgium. They were one of the best European jazz bands of the 1920s, unfortunately they were only together for less than a year. They disbanded and the leader of the band Charles Remue left to take a job with the Savoy Orpheans...

The 78rpm records are graded using the standard 78rpm grading system, which from Near Mint to Poor is: NM, E+, E, E-, VG+, VG, VG-, G+, G, G-, P. All records are guaranteed carefully packaged.
