Description
Hello ! Up for auction is a used copy of the 1972 Jazz Contemporaries album "Reasons in Tonality" released on Strata-East Records. Catalogue number is SES 1972-2. This is a stereo pressing. Also, this is a promotional copy. The only indication of this is on the label. There is no stamp or sticker on the cover. The record is VG-/VG with a few light scuff marks here and there but nothing major at all. There are a few old fingerprint stains on the edge that we can not seem to clean off so we will leave it as is. The label is in pretty good shape. There are a couple of spindle marks on both sides but nothing bad. There is no writing on the label. We played this with a Sumiko Pearl cartridge and routed through an Adcom two-channel amplifier. There are some clicks and pops througout but not too bad. Sounds good ! Cover is G+/VG-/VG with some standard shelf wear. The cover is all black and white; some of the black print has worn off just a little bit. Most all of the print is all nice and clear. Contains a few minor corner dents. The spine is in good shape. There is no text on the spine so it might be hard to pick out when upon a shelf. There is no writing at all. No seam splits to be found. There is no inner sleeve for this album. Go ahead and check out the photographs for a further visual description.
