Description
New Jazz Records # 8212, Jackie McLean “McLean’s Scene”, from 1958. With Bill Hardman, Mal Waldron, Red Garland, Paul Chambers, Arthur Phipps, and Arthur Taylor. Jacket front face looks great, back has a little wear and a name. RVG stamped vinyl plays…track one starts with a scuff that sounds for a few revs, a little noise. But it quickly settles down and the rest of the album sounds great. VG+ condition, better without the 1st 40 seconds.

Gradings:
M : Mint ( I never say mint, bogue, stone fox or “holy grail”).
NM: Near Mint, Very clean, maybe some very light marks but sound is like new.
VG++: Very glossy, any scratches or marks will be very light and barely affecting play.
VG+: Still glossy, possibly some light crackle, some fine lines, still plays well.
VG: Used record, some crackle, no loud pops or skips; plays ok.
VG- : Some loud crackle, pops, a skip, probably not much gloss left.
