Features Ian Carr (trumpet), Jeff Clyne (acoustic bass), Trevor Watts (alto), John Stevens (drums)
A rare and collectable record from the golden age of British modern jazz, engineered and produced by the inestimable Eddie Kramer. Bassist Jeff Clyne is the star of the show, his instrument recorded/produced beautifully by Kramer.
CONDITION
RECORD EX-  The vinyl looks tiptop/barely played with a lovely shiny surface and no obvious spindle marks on the labels. Under close inspection there is marbling on both sides, although it's not audible. In playback, most of the record is a superb EX+ but there is a little background noise on side one track 3, the very quiet 'Ballad', and more noticeably on side two track 4 'Springboard'. 
COVER VG-  It's an unlaminated sleeve front and back so more prone to wear. All four sides are worn along the edge. This includes the spine where only the record label and number can be discerned. Also some light creases near the edges of the cover.
