Lucille Has Messed My Mind Up by Jeff Simmons, released in 1969 on Strait Records, STS 1057. The runout on side 1 reads STS- ̶1̶0̶6̶0̶-̶B̶ 1057-A, and side 2 reads STS-1057-B Re 1-1. Pitman pressing.
Frank Zappa plays on two of the songs on this record.
The gatefold cover has shelf wear, a clipped corner, and a name written lightly on the front. There is a two-inch searation on the upper edge of the back oportion of the cover. The disc has multiple visible light scratches, but it plays much better than it looks. The most noticeable sounds are in the space between tracks 2 and 3 on side one.
