Description

JEFF WAYNE Featuring JUSTIN HAYWARD Eve Of The War (1979 UK limited edition 12" Picture Disc single, also including Horsell Common And The Heat Ray, both taken from the hugely successful album, War Of The Worlds. The title is listed as 'Eve Of The War' & not 'The Eve Of The War' as was common on most other releases of the single. There also is no mention of this being the 'disco mix' or any remix credits listed, however it is indeed the Steve Thompson 'disco' remixed version. There were two versions available, one with a black outer rim & the rarer version with a white rim, this particular issue has the clear white outer rim.
Housed in a clear pvc sleeve

Untested condition although has been played previously.

This is the RARE white rim Picture Disc version.
