Jefferson Airplane 'Crown Of Creation'.Original UK RCA red spot label stereo press LP.
Jefferson Airplane's fourth US LP, released in September 1968, Grace Slick's "Lather", which opens the album, is said to be about her affair with drummer Spencer Dryden and his 30th birthday. With the very earliest 2K/2K matrices & 1-B/1-C mother stampers of the very first 1968 issue!
The front laminated sleeve is intact & in VG+ condition, with some light laminate storage wear, with a couple of creases and corner wear on the front cover, with some storage rubbing and a sticker mark on the rear cover. The spine is still intact and fully readable, the company inner is intact & in VG+ condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with a couple of faint & wispy sleeve removal hairlines and one or two light needle scuffs visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a few faint spindle markings. Overall the record still retains all its original sheen and looks great. The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves and in a couple of the quieter passages, overall, a really great, clear listen. The matrix nos. are; WPRS-0549-2K mother stamper 1-C, WPRS-0550-2K mother stamper 1-B. This is one of the very earliest 1st pressings of the original 1968 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!

All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Finland, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to weight restrictions.
