Description
Jethro Tull, Stand Up, Orig Island Pink Eye, UK G/fld LP, EX.
Original Pink Island eye issue LP, the unlaminated gatefold cover is in excellent condition, with some light rubbing on the corners and some discolouration on the rear, the spine is intact and fully legible. The plain inner is intact and in excellent condition.
The record is in very good+ condition with some evidence of being played, including quite a few light paper marks/hair lines from being removed from its sleeve and several light surface marks on each side that do not affect play. The labels are clean and bright with evidence of some spindle markings, overall the record still retains a glossy sheen and looks good.
The sound reproduction is excellent through out, with only a little surface noise on the run ins and in a couple of the quieter passages, the music is still clear and precise, with no sticks, skips or jumps. The matrix nos. are ILPS-9103, A-1u, B-1u, this is the first pressing of the original UK issue of this album.
Happy bidding and Good Luck !!!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck and come from my own collection, if you have any problems with them please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!! All grades are as per the Record Collector Guide, but as you know people have different interpretations of these terms, i try to err on the conservative side of grading at all times.
