Description
Superb Album from Tull in the Mono format, this is the original UK issue on Island ILP 985. This record has come from a private collection stored and unplayed for many years.
Label is the textured pink eye with deep grove around centre. Both sides in lovely condition, light evidence of spindle marks.
I have had the vinyl deep cleaned to properly assess the condition. The vinyl is bright and shiny there are one or two light scuffs to both sides but most importantly the record plays faultlessly and flawlessly on my deck. Ariston, deck Yamaha Amp and Bose speakers. I have now played the record twice and cannot fault it, the Mono sound is absolutely incredible.
The cover is the wide spine original, lovely clean condition. Describing the cover condition is always difficult but here goes, the front cover is in super condition, there are 4 very small areasof laminate lift. These are all to the spine end of cover and really you would not particularly notice them in day to day use, the largest to the top left corner is 1.5 cm by 1 cm. Only the very lightest of corner wear to top left.
The centrefold I can really not pick any fault with and it must be appreciated this record is over 40 years old!
Back cover is superb, the very lightest wear to top right corner which equates with the very slight wear to the front cover top left
Vinyl weight is 148 grams. Matrix nos are ILP+985+A/ILP+985+B.
I am happy to answer any questions regarding the record, there is no reserve, sturdy packaging, money back guarantee. Postage to States and Asia is 10 GBP
