Description
This is the 1968 recording by Island Records of Jethro Tull's 'This Was' album, recorded at Sound Techniques Studio in London. It has a gatefold sleeve featuring photographs of the band, including a rather odd one where they are old men in the woods with dogs! The sleeve notes inside are very entertaining. The cover is in great condition, just a little bumping and a few dog eared corners. The record itself is not as good - it has quite a few very light scratches - see the first close up - and there is a scratch on side B which is deeper, and I suspect will cause the record to jump. The second close up shows the scratch, which extends about half way across the record from the label.
