Description
You are bidding on a gently used copy of “An American Prayer” by Jim Morrison (Music By The Doors) on vinyl, released in 1995 by Elektra records. According to the run-out information, this is a remastered US SRC repress, which includes additional tracks that were not on the original vinyl release.
Vinyl is in strong VG+ condition, very clean, closer to NM- overall. The inner sleeve is plain white and shown in photos (the LP is resting atop it). The booklet bound into the gatefold is fully intact and all pages are present, though some show a bit of normal wear and tanning. The jacket and gatefold show some standard shelf wear; there is a little price tag residue on the cover, noticeable dings in a couple corners, and some abrasion along the front lower right edge, but the packaging is still in overall fantastic shape with a crisp legible spine. See photos for specifics; they are not stock, this is the actual item you are purchasing.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not a professional grader. As a collector, I have vinyl that looks absolutely destroyed but plays perfectly without a single skip, and I also have records I purchased Brand New that don’t have a single mark on them but skipped for no evident reason the first time I played them out of the shrink wrap. It’s just the nature of the format. All of the records I’m selling are graded based on the best assessment I can make by looking at the vinyl—obviously, I can’t listen to every record start to finish before listing them, so I’m providing the most detailed photos and descriptions I can to make sure anyone who purchases from me knows exactly what they’re buying and is satisfied. Cool? Cool.
Record will be shipped securely and will include a plastic sleeve. US shipping will be via Media Mail; the flat rate is to cover the shipping costs plus shipping supplies. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I apologize for the high shipping costs, but these are calculated based on weight and I have no control over the rates; thank you for your understanding.
I will gladly combine shipping for multiple items.
Thank you for looking!
