My Heart's Like A Welcome Mat b/w Teardrops Of Regret

This was his first record, released in 1950
The record is in Mint Minus condition
The outer edge has a fine "red" jukebox rim all around, which was sometimes applied to protect the edge from cracking or chipping. It seems to be very narrow scotch tape painted red around the very outer edge, but it seems it can be peeled off if done carefully. This is nowhere near where the playing grooves begin.
