Description
About This Record. This is a really cool original USA mono tri-color steamboat Reprise Records version of Jimi Hendrix's first LP entitled Are you Experienced. VERY rare in mono and playable form like this one. Cult item for sure as the mono rings true to the psych brain!
READ my feedback and See all my detailed photos of this rare LP please.
These rarely turn up! No Reserve! I offer full refund including shipping both ways in case for some wildly strange reason you might be unhappy with this purchase.
Watch for my other rare Hendrix and Beatles and other LPs I'll be selling that end on the same date as this one, or nearby, although I will be adding LPs until 3 days before auction end. Keep your eyes pealed!
Please note that I work for eBay and this link is to the Code I have to abide by as an eBay employee: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/everyone-employee.html I have no clue who works in the Collectibles Division and am not involved in any policy or other decisions that go on; I just happen to like vinyl and happen to work at eBay
Vinyl Condition. Looks VG because of some noticeable, but VERY light stylus marks on each side. Full gloss. Plays VG+ /better with many EX moments. Light background noise here and there. No annoying problems like sticks, jumps, skips, or scratches you can feel that make annoying concentric ticks! Lots of gloss on the vinyl. A pretty nice copy, but not a keeper copy for most folks. Although it was my keeper copy for a decade or so above a number of other copies. The vinyl will come cleaned by my VPI machine in a new rice paper equivalent sleeve.
Cover Condition. STRONG VG+; close to EX Spine and seams are intact, but there is a one inch tear in the middle of the spine where the paper has flaked off; some flaking of the spine elsewhere from age, and light discoloration to the top and bottom of the LP. Very very little ring wear; some very very small damage onback cover near left bottom corner (white out small marks?). Close to a keeper copy as these things go, given minimal cover damage. SEE PHOTOs please and you be the judge.
Label Condition. EX/better; light wear; no writing or stickers or problems etc, a few light spindle marks. SEE PHOTOS!
About Me. I have been a Record Collector for over 35 years. With a child in college, I often sell records so I can buy more vinyl. 99% of what I sell is vinyl; read my Feedback! Common LPs are a waste of your time and mine! I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept in well preserved. This comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine and housed in a new rice paper equivalent sleeve, and plastic sleeve, and original plain inner sleeve.
Shipping and Payment. PayPal only. I ship promptly worldwide ; sometimes the automatic eBay invoice does not have accurate shipping, so if you are unsure wait for my invoice. . . . I will ship by any method you want. But if you do not pay for protecting your purchase, the record will be shipped at your own risk. I offer full refund on this record including shipping both ways, unless you live outside North America in which case I will refund you shipping one way unless I made a mistake which I sometimes do because I am only human..
