Description
Jimi Hendrix - Are You Experienced - UK 1967 LP - A 1 / B 1 - Mono 1st Issue
Label/Cat. No.: Track 612 001 Martix No.s: A 1 / B 1 Condition (Vinyl/Sleeve): VG- / G
The laminated sleeve is pretty worn, with ringwear, creasing, some tearing, discolouration, and writing to rear. The spine is completely worn with a sizeable split. Sellotape residue along top edge also. The vinyl has obviously been well used but still just about has a shine and sounds surprisingly good. Under light there are many marks visible, most of which are fairly light, but one in particular on side 1 that looks more severe. The severe-looking scratch causes clicks during Red House and Can You See Me, more audible during the latter but never overwhelmingly loud. Otherwise it still plays very well overall with only light background crackle audible in quieter parts and occasional pops. There are also a few louder pops before Foxy Lady has faded in. The labels have some spots of dirt, spindle marks and a couple of bits of pen writing on each side.
