Description
First edition of the classic Hendrix debut, this one’s the mono U.K. edition.
The sleeve has the laminated front with the rear unlamented. There’s some creasing to the front laminate caused by normal, day to day access of the record. The rear of the sleeve has handling marks and there’s some scuffing top centre - see pictures.
The record itself must have been witness to some parties in its time. Theres surface marks on both sides, some quite pronounced. On a playback test, side one plays through unencumbered other than Manic Depression ( track two) which has several skips. Side two fairs less well with skips across nearly all tracks.
The labels are the first edition Track Records. There’s spindle wear as expected. The matrix numbers are 612001 A/612001 B
I have other records listed. I’ll combine multiple wins in order to give the best postage. The exception is for non U.K. orders where each parcel will have to be mailed separately in accordance with the EBay GSP.
