Notes: Original issue jacket with the white lettering on the inside gatefold. Blue text is often mistaken for the original but it is actually a second issue jacket.
The inside gatefold also displays the small photos of Redding and Mitchell. The second issue has larger photos of both. Disc 1 contains Side A and Side D. Disc 2 contains Side B and Side C.
