Description
Jimi Hendrix - ‘Electric Ladyland’ double vinyl . Original 1968 issue -Track Records , 613 008 . Set 2647-001
Judging from available online information , this is very early pressing from 1968 with black disc labelling and in excellent condition, as detailed below.
The 2 discs carry the following production markings :
Disc 1. side A - 613 008 A//1. 18. 8
Disc 1 side D - 613 008 B//2. 420. 1. 2. 11
Disc 2 side C - 613 009 B//2. 420. 1 1. 3
Disc 2 side B - 613 009 A//2. 420. 11. 12
This is a private sale - I am not a dealer , and my condition report is honestly presented as such . I have been the only owner ; the discs have rarely been played and have been in storage since the late 70’s .
I have recently run through all four sides and they play perfectly with no scratches , skips or imperfections . Side A does have a couple of light surface marks that are in-inaudible when played .
Statically-attracted dust appears unavoidably on the photo close-ups , but otherwise everything is v. clean .
The classic nude gatefold cover ( 2657 001 , with white internal text ) is in good, gloss condition - with very minor bumping to the corners . The inner paper sleeves are also intact with no tears .
Any queries happily answered .
UK bidders only , with a relatively low start to encourage interest . Insured, tracked and signed-for postage listed .
