This album is for the dedicated Hendrix collector. The gatefold interior features a beautiful re-production picture of the original concert image. The records are clear vinyl and enclosed in soft transparent plastic sleeve covers. The overall condition of this album is excellent.

Live at Winterland is considered by some to be one of the best-sounding concert recording of Jimi's career. The original multi-track recordings have been carefully transferred to digital 24-track, then digitally re-mixed. The result is a sound with dynamics and clarity rarely found in live recordings from that era.
