Description

Jimi Hendrix Vinyl LP "Axis Bold As Love" (Mono) first press with A1, B1 matrix numbers, on the Track record label, catalogue number 612 003.  Record in good condition, sleeve poor condition due to the fact that the gatefold sleeve is not all there. There is a red mono inner sleeve.

After many questions on this item - playing condition of this record has some crackles particulary at the start & at the run-off - side 1 plays very well, no jumps & no distortion- some crackles but does not spoil sound quality. Side 2 again plays ok with some crackles, track 2  (Castles Made Of Sand) however has a few pops (about 6)                             The gatefold sleeve has the inside of the sleeve missing (would have had photo's of Jimi on)  so what's left is just the outer part of the gatefold sleeve
