This unfortunately has some issues. I bought it in this condition a couple years ago under the impression this had no major problems.
The box has some typical shelf wear. A few scratches and scrapes.
Booklet looks great. Record sleeves all show a little wear - looks like just vibration damage from being shipped, some have some light creases.
Record 1 - light scuff on side 1, a scratch through 3 tracks of side 2
Record 2 - light scratch in one track of side 2
Record 3 - pretty bad scuff across side 2 including a couple of deep scratches
Record 4 - light scratch across 2 tracks of side 2
Record 5 (pictured) - This is the bad one. The inner sleeve even seems to have been damaged at the same time. Side one has a lot of light damage, side two is pretty nasty with a couple of deep scratches, I tried to photograph the worst of it.
Records 6-8 look excellent.
I only mention most of this because I am a perfectionist about my records and I wish I had known all of this when I bought this set. 3 and 5 are definitely the worst of the bunch, the others are much more minor and typical of used vinyl. I have not played any of these records so I cannot say how bad any of these play or venture a guess as to whether they would skip or not. Offers considered!
I should also mention that this comes from a smoking and cat hair environment. If a potential smoke smell is more of an issue to you than how a record looks or plays, please shop elsewhere. As a 20+ year Ebay veteran, buying and selling, items will be described to the best of my ability and unless that description is somehow incorrect, all vinyl sales are final!
