Description
Prestige 7089 by Jimmy Raney: A. This is an original deep groove 447 West 50th Street pressing, with RVG scribed in the deadwax.....Front and back covers have light rubwear. Top seam split 6 inches, also some chipping near the spine corner. Tape stain along the top edge of cover front and back, where the split was once taped. Spine is flat and very readable. Bottom seam is clean without chips. Corners have small rubbing. Labels are clean and with a few spindle marks. Vinyl is clean with a few light marks on both sides. Also about 3 long, shallow spindle skids. Track one on the B side has three shallow scratches across it. Cover grade VG. Grade vinyl VG+. This plays very strong with some light background pressing hiss, typical of mid 50's prestige pressings.
