Description
Two killer blues LP's from Jimmy Witherspoon in one cool package. 'Baby, Baby, Baby" may be his very best LP. Tt was recorded in 1962 on the classic Prestige label. Both the vinyl and the cover are like new. Pristine vinyl and the cover has the original shrink wrap (the shrink has a two inch tear on the bottom right). A new clear poly sleeve will also come with your purchase for each LP. Kenny Burrell plays some of his bluesiest guitar on this high energy recording. Stereo. 1990 pressing. Also, included is a great Chess LP "Spoon So Easy" released in 1990. It includes many recordings that had been in the Chess vaults for decades and were released for the first time on this long out of print record. Extensive liner notes and recording personnel. It includes several obscure Willie Dixon songs. Vinyl is super clean (Mint minus) and the cover is equally nice. Some slight ring wear on the front cover if you look close. Great price for these two.
