Vogue picture records began in May 1946 (Save-way Industries of Detroit, Michigan) and went bankrupt in August 1947. Having been produced for a very short time there were a number of beautiful picture records produced of value to the modern 78 collector. They make great wall displays and play like any other 78 RPM record.
This Vogue is R-782 featuring Joan Edwards with the Vogue Recording Orchestra. The tunes are "What Am I Gonna Do About You" and "Maybe You'll Be There". This Vogue has a defect in the plastic along one edge where a chip is missing. You can see the defect in the pictures. For that reason I am listing this one at half the price I have listed the others in this current auction. Check out the pictures, questions gladly answered, and especially thanks for your bids.
