Description
My husband worked in the music business in the '70s and '80s and amassed an amazing collection of records, mostly promo copies. These have special cut-outs, stamps or labels identifying them as provided for free by the record company so they didn't end up for sale in record stores. Often they came without shrinkwrap. I am selling predominantly NEW and UNPLAYED albums, never removed from their sleeves until the photos were taken for eBay.
In many cases we had multiple copies and over the years we sold most of the collection, retaining only the creme de la creme. Here is Joe Cocker's second album, with "She Came in Through the Bathroom Window," "Bird on the Wire," "Delta Lady"... Produced by Denny Cordell and future "Mad Dogs and Englishmen" touring partner Leon Russell.
Fabulous inner sleeve with images of other contemporary releases. Disc is either unplayed or lightly played. No cut-outs or markings.
