Description

This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono pressing of Joe Henderson “Mode for Joe” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4227. The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster; perhaps unplayed. The cover has the N.Y. 10023 address and is also in near-new condition, with just slight ago toning along the right margin of the back slick. Original illustrated inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Lee Morgan, Curtis Fuller, Bobby Hutcherson, Cedar Walton, and Ron Carter. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. Please do not bid unless you are comfortable providing credit card information directly. The “Blue Note Records” book – “A Guide for Identifying Original Pressings” is now available at: www.jazzrecordcenter.com. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------CHECK OUT the new book: "Blue Note Records, A Guide for Identifying Original Pressings" by Frederick Cohen.
