Description
This is a signed or autographed 1981 rock lp record by Joe Walsh with the concert ticket stub titled "There Goes The Neighborhood". This is on the Asylum record label #5E-523. Condition of the record is mint minus with clean labels. This is autographed with a bold sharpie. He came to the Ohio State Fair in 1997. We were set up there with a booth and he came over and bought several of his albums from us. We had him sign a couple and this is one of them. The ticket stub is from that concert that my husband went to. The cover is very good with light handling wear. There is cut out slice in the upper left corner area and a small surface tear to the upper right corner area of the back cover. There are no splits, writing or stickers to the cover. This is a very nice and scarce record to add to your collection! Colleen's Collectables in business since 1980 guarentees this lp to be signed by Joe Walsh. This is your certificate of authenticity.
