Description
This is Impulse Records AS-32, John Coltrane Ballads, a orange and black label original stereo issue with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in Near Mint condition, showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The original glossy gatefold cover has name stamps and some tape residue on the inside cover (photo 4) but is otherwise excellent intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. An original inner sleeve is included. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. Despite the inside cover issue, this is a superb, collector's grade copy of this wonderful original issue. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple orders.
