Japanese Linernotes is on Gatefold Inside.

Side 1 of The Disc is VG (Having Some Scratches), Side 2 is EX Minus, Sleeve is EX Minus (Having Brown Spots on Gatefold Inside Like The Photo # 4 and # 5).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
