Description
Following his years with the Takoma label which he founded then later sold to Chrysalis, John Fahey recorded half a dozen LPs for Rounder Records' Varrick sub-label. Here are three of those albums from the mid-1980s. The vinyl is all near mint. "Rain Forests, Oceans and Other Themes" has a near mint jacket and the other two have clipped corners but are otherwise like new as well. Hopefully Fahey, were he still alive, would forgive me for placing this listing under the "FOLK" category. On the liner notes for "Let Go", Fahey's whimsical responses to the album's producer assert that it's dumb to put him in that category.
