Description

Another of the Treasure Isle '80's re-issues. I saw this described elsewhere as a second generation 70's issue, but as this possesses the same pressing dimple as the other Treasure Isle tracks I have listed and they were all bought in the early 80's I am going with this being the same. This is not one of the later 2000 re-presses. This song was originally issued in 1969, the B side has a little reverb on the track, a very early example of rudimentary dub. The matrix numbers on this pressing are A) TIS-232......B) DUC 0098 The vinyl is visually graded as VG+ with the same pressing dimple as my other Treasure Isle listings, does not affect play. They have stuck the Version label on both sides, the A side has the word Version lightly crossed out and a feint A written on. Both sides have a couple of little crackles and background surface noise, the A side is a very loud pressing so any noise is under the music, no worse than any other usual Jamaican pressing.
