Shipping Policy
All items shipped within the United States by USPS Media Mail at a standard rate of $4.00 per item. An additional charge of $1.00 will be added for each additional record purchased.
All items shipped internationally at either USPS Priority Mail at USPS applicable rates which provides mandatory insurance and automatic tracking. Less costly shipping is available for international shipments via USPS First Class Mail. This however does not allow for packages to be tracked, and provides no insurance. Once the package leaves my hands, the risk is transferred to the buyer. Insurance is for buyers account and must be stated by the buyer.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased, please be advised that you have the option to return the item; there is no need to leave negative feedback. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the item, minus the shipping cost. Where an item is shipped incorrectly (Wrong title shipped), the full cost including shipping will be reimbursed. Reimbursements will be effected through PayPal or by cheque to the buyers account.
Please bear in kind that these are generally used vinyl records, and despite our best efforts the item may sometimes fall a little outside of expectations. Should this occur, I will always stand behind my products and will generally be able to solve most if not all issues that might arise.
