Description
Here is a Genuine EXCELLENT+ stereo version of John Lennon’s Imagine from 1971. Early Winchester VA Pressing denoted by the labels/runouts and includes poster.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS-
- Early Winchester pressing (as identified by ??in the run-outs)
- Custom Apple label with John's face on Side 1.
- "Mfd. By Apple Records Inc." text along bottom perimeter of both labels.
- Label titles this release "Imagine: John Lennon and the Plastic Ono Band (With The Flux Fiddlers*)"
- Cover is glossy-laminated on both sides.
- Comes with custom die-cut inner sleeve with lyrics, photos and credits.
- Includes Poster of Lennon playing on his white piano, measures approximately 24" x 36" (the postcard is not included).
- Imagine the clouds dripping. Dig a hole in your garden to put them in. Yoko '63. (Printed on back paper cover lower left side)
- SF mark denotes vinyl mastered by Sam Feldman from Capital not George Peckham from Apple as indicated on cover
- Stamped both sides Bell Sound

CONDITION
Record: EXCELLENT. This record plays extremely well with no skips or distortion. There is a little crackle during the soft parts. There are some superficial scratches that do not affect play. This is really a pristine album. This record has not been heavily played.
Cover/Labels: EXCELLENT. The Cover is in amazing shape. The outer spine is fully intact except for a small tear. There are no seam splits, no tape, no writing, no price stickers. The corners show a little wear and the laminate is peeling. The spindle holes and Labels are in Near Mint condition. The inner sleeve has a tear. The Poster is in Mint condition!
