John Lennon & Yoko Ono Unfinished Music No.1 Two Virgins
Apple SAPCOR 2 Track 613012
Matrix numbers are 613012A and 613012B
I have no equipment to test this on but to the naked eye (I have no special lighting etc), the vinyl appears to be in nice condition, just the odd very light scuff and sleeve removal mark. 
The labels are excellent with no obvious spindle wear
The unlaminated sleeve is fully intact with just a touch of ringwear Also has some light stains on both sides
Black inner has some ringwear, creasing, feathering and a small (1cm) split on one side
