John Martyn, London Conversation, 1967

The record is on ISLAND, MONO. ILP-952. Pink Island, Orange/ Black "Eye" labels, Made in Gt. Britain, 1st pressing original RARE!!

Side 1, ILP-952A-1

Side 2, ILP-952B-1

The record is in EX+ condition, a few light fine sleeve removal type marks can be seen when tilted in strong light which do not effect the sound. The introduction dead wax to side 2 has a small nick which "pushes"the needles straight onto the record, which doesn't effect the music but makes the opening begin abruptly. Great MONO Sound, superb AUDIO, with vibrant sound for the songs, quiet in between tracks, no skips, jumps or sticking. The textured labels are extremely clean, small writing of initials by previous owner to side 1, and a few very close light spindle marks.

The front laminated sleeve printed and made by E.J Day Group, London and Bedford (see Photographs), is in VG++ Condition, very minimal storage wear, no splits, very minimal sleeve impression, minor discolouration and light writing to top and bottom edges of previous owner lovely clean spine with "pinched" corners.
