John Martyn - Solid Air

ILPS 9226

Nice clean copy of a classic LP, sound quality throughout was a solid VG+ to Excellent just a very occasional click or pop lovely clean sound across both sides with great audio quality.

Both Labels are clean and free from writing or tears complete with black inner bag.

Cover is VG+ to Ex showing very minor storage rub to bottom edge and it is minor. Solid Spine fully readable..

Most collector's would I think be happy with this record.

Record will be posted First Class in Cruciform Mailer with stiffeners and PVC Jacket...

I try to play grade all my vinyl were possible and base my gradings on the Record Collector Guidelines (See Below)

Mint: Never been played or item still sealed. Cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster (ie contents) are in perfect condition.
Excellent: Shows some signs of being played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents might have slight wear and/or creasing.
 Very Good: Obviously been played many times but no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on cover or contents, without any major defects.

I never sell any vinyl below a VG standard unless rare..

System used for play grading is Technics SL1210 Direct Drive Modified Turntable with Ortofon 2M cartridge through Marantz Pearl Amplification and SACD Player, Boston Acoustics Speakers all wired with The Chord Company interconnects..

Please note that Vinyl Records Postage and Packing costs includes a Wrapround Cardboard Record box and Double Stiffeners for added protection.
