This album came from a private collection,the sleeve is in close to EX condition with no writing or tears,the spine is fully legible. The vinyl itself is very close to VG+,the only reason I'm not grading it VG+ is because it has a slight shadowing on it maybe from storage in a plastic inner sleeve. The vinyl itself plays EX with no skips,jumps or sticking.
