Description

I’m a retired jazz musician, and will be selling a bunch of my old jazz records over the next month or so. Please note I am unable to meet in person - all records will be carefully packed and shipped. I tend to grade conservatively, and am easy to deal with if a return is needed.


John Patton “Understanding,” Blue Note 84306 stereo vinyl LP. This is the first pressing from 1968, with “VAN GELDER” stamped on both sides.


Sleeve - VG+ with wear, tape, and “AUDITION COPY” ink stamp on back. Generic vintage paper inner sleeve.


Vinyl - VG++ bordering on EX. An outstanding listen. Visually EX with a few light superficial marks. Vinyl is dusty from the old paper inner sleeve; I think a good cleaning could easily upgrade the condition to EX.
