This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono “P”-pressing of John Patton “Oh Baby” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4192. The playing surface is in near-new condition, except for an inaudible needle drop on Side 2, Track 2; perhaps played once. The New York 23 cover is bright and clean throughout, with light rubbing along the top and bottom seams; “Review Copy” stamped at the top of the back slick. Illustrated inner sleeve is included.
